Delray Beach police arrested Gina Lynn Pritchard following an incident authorities say involved impaired driving and property damage, according to official law enforcement records.
Pritchard faces charges including Driving Under the Influence Causing Property Damage, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Underage Possession of Alcohol (subsequent offense), and violations related to driver’s license restrictions.
Police have not released details about where the incident occurred, the extent of the property damage, or whether anyone was injured. Information regarding the substances allegedly involved has also not been disclosed.
Under Florida law, DUI offenses involving property damage can result in enhanced penalties, including fines, license suspension, and mandatory treatment programs. Alcohol-related offenses involving individuals under 21 may carry additional legal and administrative consequences.
Authorities emphasized that the investigation remains ongoing and that all suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. Prosecutors will review the arrest report to determine whether formal charges will be filed.
